About Me
Hi!
My name is Karen, and I am a Junior education major at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
As an English education major, a huge part of who I am is my teaching philosophy. My philosophy revolves around the idea that every student can learn, and that every student deserves a safe place to explore their strengths and weaknesses.
One of my educational missions is to encourage students to take more writing risks and discover their voice while also hoping to foster a love of reading within them. I am excited to implement projects such as literature circles, memoirs, and argumentative speeches.
